Jain Public School is proud to be the first school in Ranebennur to introduce and affiliate with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) programme.

The NCC, established in 1948 and guided by aims formalized in 1988, continues to inspire and train young citizens to meet the demands of the nation’s socio-economic landscape. The program focuses on building character, discipline, comradeship, a secular outlook, the spirit of adventure, and ideals of selfless service.

Key Objectives of NCC:

• Create a human resource of organized, trained, and motivated youth ready to serve the nation
• Develop leadership qualities applicable in all walks of life
• Motivate youth to consider careers in the Armed Forces
• Foster discipline, teamwork, adventure, and selfless service among students

Through NCC, students at JPS gain valuable life skills, build resilience, and cultivate the spirit of patriotism and service—preparing them to become responsible and motivated citizens.
